Protection of plants against diseases and improvement of the safety and quality of agricultural crops after harvest using electrolyzed water

We present the results of research aimed at protecting plants against diseases using electrolyzed water. The research topics included: improving the health of seeds and increasing their germination capacity, protecting vegetables under cover against diseases, protecting field vegetables against diseases, protecting fruit plants against diseases, and protecting agricultural plants against diseases. Research has also been carried out to improve the safety and quality of agricultural crops after harvesting by fogging with electrolyzed water. Here, the research focused on: reducing losses and extending the shelf life of fruits and vegetables during storage, reducing pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables after harvest, reducing pesticide residues and mycotoxins in cereals after harvest, extending shelf life and microbiological improvement, and reducing pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables washed with electrolyzed water.
