Reducing the number of dangerous fungi and bacteria from the room using a humidifier and hypochlorous acid.
Report on testing the microbiological purity of air
Research methodology Bio Activ Protect solution was used in the study: approximately 200ml/10m² of surface. Fogging was carried out using an air humidifier (photo 1) with a capacity of 200-250 ml/h.
Fogging time: 1 hour.
Two air samples were collected on plates with PDA medium on December 13 and 18, 2020, before and 1 hour after the end of the fogging process, using a MicroBio MB1 sampler (photo 2).
Results of quantitative and qualitative analysis of aerosol cfu/m³ in the tested samples at measurement stations
Test results confirm the effectiveness of hypochlorous acid in reducing fungi and bacteria in the air, even when using ordinary humidifiers and low concentrations of the substance (Bio ActiW 200 contains only 0.02% hypochlorous acid)
